Merry Christmas Buddy, As this day comes and goes. The meaning of Christmas has changed for me Jeremy...The Christmas mornings of getting up early and watching you open gifts from under the tree are gone. They have been replaced with wonderful memories of those very mornings. The ones when you were very young and when the "RED POWER RANGER" was the only toy that mattered thanks to your Mom, and the "MONEY TREE" truly a classic! From bikes hidden in the garage, to PS2's hidden in the bath tube. Christmas for me Jeremy has always been about you, and still is! The gifts are just different for us now. The gifts are those memories...My gift to you this year is a Prayer... I Pray that you are very happy, I Pray that you continue to walk with us all that are left behind, I Pray that you and the Lord help us to understand why, and give us the strength to move forward in our lives until we get to finally spend another wonderful Christmas with you again. You are truly the GIFT my son. I LOVE YOU! Dad.

Hey Buddy, Here we are, another month has past. The feeling this day brings is one of saddness, and one of sorrow. 20 months has past Jerm. Before you know it, it will be 2 years, then 3, then 4. Yesterday morning when I got up at Grandads and Gram Helens. It was a usual Sunday morning, you know, coffee and reading the paper...My eyes noticed a story in the "life Styles" section of the paper. It was titled "Finding Peace" The story was about A Mother and Father who in 1977 lost not one but two of their four Children in a car accident. They were walking home from a youth meeting, A youth meeting in the Church where there Father was the Pastor. Over thirty years ago Jerm, and yet they still have peace...The story has touched me in a way I can not explain. They say there is no getting over losing a child, but there is way through the tears...I look for it everyday. I Love you Buddy. Dad

Morning Buddy, 19 months today, I still can't believe it. Everything reminds me of you. I suppose thats a good thing. I guess thats my way of never ever letting go...I talk about every chance I get, the people around me almost know you, and wish they had had the chance to. Its almost like they love you to, just like everyone did at home. But that was just your way. You are a very special person dude, and always will be. I love the feeling you give me Jerm, please don't ever stop. I know you won't! I love you buddy...Dad

Dearest Jerm, happy birthday dude. Wow 20 today! Seems like only yesterday that I was taking you for a bike ride. As i sit here with tears in my eyes thinking of you, they are tears of sadness of missing you, but also tears of remembering the joy you brought to my heart and my life. Jessi talks of you often and we laugh and then become silent for a moment, but only because we miss you so much. On today, your birthday, I know you are looking down on all of us with a great big smile as we look up into the sky and smile back at you. Love you with all my heart. Aunt Jodi (dudette)

Jeremy, Guess I'm lost with what to say, but just wanted everyone to know you are thought of with the fondest of memories. Watch over your mom and dad and help them to cope with losing you. A terrible accident took away the best part of their lives, and that was you. You are sadly missed. Love, Aunt Karen

Hello Jerm, Things are going ok here. But I sure do miss you. I'm trying to work a lot to stay busy. I think of you so much when I'm driving. Things are getting hard knowing that Oct. is almost here. Just think 20 years, what would you be doing? I just don't know how I'm going to make it some days, I want to be with you so bad and hug and kiss you also have a long talk like the old days. I still think you are coming home. Ok my days are harder and harder this year is so hard. Knowing that it is not a dream. Why did this have to happen to us? I'm so sorry it was not me. You were the best kid ever and the best son any one could have ask for. love you Mommy xoxox

Jeremy-I know everyone has been busy not writing but don't think for a minute that you have been forgotten. Everyday I think about you and how things would be- like if you were going to college. You once told me that you were going to go into ultrasound studying- we will always miss you. Your dad misses you dearly. Keep shining on us all. All my love, Jenny xoxo
